Tabasco’s British Oyster Opening Championship

Last week some of the team at English’s headed up to London to take part in Tabasco’s annual British Oyster Opening Championship. English’s were represented by Rebecca Larkham, who battled against Wright Brothers, Bentley’s and Kensington Place in the 2nd round of the competition.

We’re very proud of Beccy, and as Olive Magazine commented, she did an amazing job. Congratulations to Fredrik Lindfors from Kensington Place, who took home the oyster-shucking trophy, and to all of the restaurants and representatives who took part. See you next year!
