A Toast to Homegrown Excellence: Our New Wine List Has Arrived

We’re raising a glass (or five) to something rather special — our refreshed wine list is now live, and for the first time, it features a dedicated section celebrating English wines.

Timed perfectly with English Wine Week (22–30 June), this update reflects something close to our hearts: championing exceptional produce from the UK, and especially from the beautiful county we’re proud to call home — Sussex.

To mark the occasion, we’re inviting guests to come and sample a rotating selection of English sparkling wines by the glass (£16) — available throughout English Wine Week.

Pull up a stool at the Oyster Bar or find a sunny corner on the terrace, and enjoy a glass alongside a plate of oysters, freshly shucked to order. It’s the perfect pairing — bright, crisp, and unmistakably English.
