Wine Training at English’s with Passione Vino

Earlier in the week we were joined by one of our favourite wine suppliers, Luca from Passione Vino. Passione Vino have been supplying innovative and exceptional wine since 2003, and we’ve been working with Luca for three years, having met him in London at a wine fair – it was love at first sight!

Luca came to provide in-depth product training for our staff on the wines that he supplies to our current wine list, and brought a few new wines for us to try before we decide whether they’ll be added to the list. It’s really important to us that our staff are knowledgeable and helpful in this area of the menu, and it’s something we’re really proud of at English’s. Throughout the year we will try hundreds of wines before selecting only a few.
