Autumn Skies and Seafood Pies

Autumn has arrived, and with it, our new seasonal menu at English’s. Head chef Yuri Magni and the team have crafted dishes that are warming, comforting, and brimming with seasonal flavour and colour.

Our menu combines exciting new creations with timeless classics, such as the Butcher’s Choice—locally sourced, grilled meat of the day, served with garlic and herb butter, perfect for sharing.

As party season approaches, we’re offering three festive menus starting at £35 per person, with private dining options for your special occasions.

Here are some of our staff favourites:

Starters

Smoked salmon, caperberries, chive & dill oil, lemon ricotta, rye bread
Crab cakes, pork crackling, cucumber gel, coriander
Slow cooked ox cheek, Sussex cheddar polenta, foie gras, pickled carrot, stout jus

Mains

Seabass fillets, wilted spinach, prawn mousseline, candied lemon & capers butter emulsion
Butcher’s Choice, locally sourced meat of the day, seasoned, grilled, and rested in garlic & herb butter. Served with chimichurri & peppercorn sauce
Pumpkin ravioli, chestnut pasta, crispy kale

Dessert

Pistachio tiramisu, chocolate liquore, coffee lingue di gatto
Caramelized pineapple, whisky jelly, cinnamon ice-cream, toasted coconut
