This New Year’s Eve, we are pulling out all the stops. Our special celebration menu showcases elegant flavours, luxurious ingredients and indulgent seasonal touches designed to make your final meal of the year truly unforgettable.

As soon as you arrive, you will be treated to a glass of Rathfinny Classic Cuvée, setting the tone for an evening of sparkle, sophistication and sensational food.

Snacks

Begin with warm bread, salted butter and mackerel pâté or marinated olives. You can enhance your start with fresh oysters served with classic or Asian dressings, or Exmoor Caviar with blinis, cucumber and crème fraîche.

Starters

Choose from seared king scallops with garlic butter, smoked rainbow trout with coriander cream and pomelo pearls, a duck spring roll with pak choi and plum sauce or parsnip éclairs with chestnuts and crispy sage.

Mains

Options include beef fillet with chimichurri and peppercorn sauce, half lobster thermidor with gruyère, Dover sole à la meunière or crêpes gratin with smoked celeriac, ricotta béchamel and wild mushroom truffle pesto. Skinny fries, cherry tomato salad and wilted spinach are served for the table.

Desserts

End the night with sticky toffee pudding, an almond madeleine with lemon curd and Italian meringue or a dark chocolate marquise with pistachio gelato and confit orange.

Cheese

A selection of artisan cheeses is available with honey, nuts and pane carasau or gluten-free bread.
