We’re Delighted to Join Brighton’s OctoberBEST 2025

We’re thrilled to share that English’s of Brighton has been invited to take part in OctoberBEST, the city’s biggest celebration of food and independent dining.

From 11–26 October, Brighton’s top restaurants — as chosen by the Brighton’s Best Restaurants awards — will be offering exclusive menus that showcase the incredible diversity of the city’s dining scene. We’re so proud to be included alongside some of Brighton’s finest, representing the very best of local seafood and hospitality.

Our OctoberBEST Menu

For this year’s festival, our chefs have created a special set dinner menu celebrating the flavours of the season, featuring classic English’s dishes and a few creative twists.

Guests can choose three dishes plus a dessert from a menu that includes favourites such as:

Raw rock oysters, with your choice of mignonette or ponzu dressing
Cod cheek tempura with pineapple agrodolce and bacon crumb
Half poussin with chunky chips and peppercorn sauce
Pumpkin gnudi with wild mushrooms, smoked ricotta, truffle and sage rusk
Affogato or lemon sorbet with limoncello drizzle to finish
