Our talented Head Chef, Yuri Magni, has thoughtfully crafted this menu to embrace the very best of winter produce. Drawing inspiration from seasonal ingredients, each dish is designed to offer warmth, depth, and a taste of luxury that’s perfect for this time of year. This season, we’ve refreshed all of our menus to ensure there’s something for everyone:

  • The À La Carte Menu: Featuring an array of exquisite seafood dishes and classic English favourites, it’s the ultimate showcase of what we do best. New starters include Soft Shell Crab Tempura with courgettes, samphire, avocado & basil dressing, and Venison Tataki with ponzu, persimmon, and cured egg yolk. For the main course, our Egg Tagliatelle with Crab & Cherry Tomato Sauce is a staff favourite, alongside our Agnolotti, made with tomato pasta dough, goat burrata & candied lemon filling, and mint & basil pesto.

  • The Lunch & Pre-Theatre Set Menu: Whether you’re taking a break from exploring Brighton’s Lanes or preparing for an evening at the theatre, our updated set menu is perfect for a quick yet satisfying meal just £25 per person for two-courses or £29 per person for three. Why not try our Roasted Whole Seabass? Great for sharing with your choice of two sides.

  • The Winter Party Menu: Planning a seasonal celebration? Our new party menu is packed with dishes that are guaranteed to impress, offering the perfect balance of indulgence and comfort for your festive gatherings.
  • The Pudding Menu: Winter wouldn’t be complete without indulgent desserts to round off your meal. Our new pudding menu is filled with seasonal delights, from rich Sticky Toffee Pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice-cream, to a decadent Brownie Crumble with red and white wine poached pear, and cranberry crème pâtissière.

Fan favourites such as our renowned Seafood Pie, made with smoked cod, salmon, scallops, prawns, mussels, clams, and a rich mornay sauce, remain firmly on the menu. And yes, our legendary Fish and Chips, a dish that has delighted guests for generations, is here to stay too. These much-loved staples continue to sit alongside exciting new creations, making every visit a perfect mix of the familiar and the fresh.
