Judged on our evidence of responsibly sourcing sustainable raw ingredients, a variety of seafood dishes, our levels of product knowledge and focus on fish and shellfish, we’re so pleased to be recognised for our love of seafood and the training our team undertake.

As an independent restaurant we pride ourselves on the level of service our staff provide for each and every customer. With every menu change we run staff tasting, and every morning we challenge their product knowledge of cooking techniques, seasonality, provenance and sustainability.

We work directly with nine oyster, fish and shellfish suppliers, two of whom land catches locally, receive fresh deliveries six days a week, and visit our suppliers to see for ourselves how they catch. We have an 85% Fish2Fork rating, based on our sustainable, responsibly sourced menu, which currently offers 21 species of fish.
