We’re teamed up with the award winning Rathfinny Wine Estate to give away a three-course Spring Set Menu at English’s for two, with a bottle of Rathfinny Classic Cuvee Sussex Sparkling WIne, in our latest social media competition.

The competition is open from Tuesday 2nd May to Friday 5th May at midday. The winner will be announced on Instagram.

S T A R T E R S

4 x raw rock oysters, mignonette, tabasco, lemon or ponzu, spring onion, wasabi sriracha G/F

Fried basket: shrimp croquette, calamari, nori tempura soft shell crab, miso aioli, spring onion, chilli, micro coriander

Ham hock terrine, pistachio, quail egg, sea buckthorn & apricot chutney, pork crackling G/F

Lettuce gazpacho, olive oil confit tomato, wasabi creme fraiche, Valencia’s almonds, edible flowers V

M A I N C O U R S E S

Fish of the day, on the bone or filleted, crispy thousand-layer potato, charred heritage tomato, lemon gel, wild garlic pesto G/F 250g

Dry aged beef rump or 250g Tuna steak, “giudia” artichoke, salsa verde G/F

Ewe`s cheese souffle, wild mushroom & truffle puree, rocket & asparagus salad, balsamic vinegar glaze V

• Follow us and @rathfinnyestate (if you don’t already) and ‘like’ the ‘Spring Set Menu & Rathfinny Wine Competition’ post on Instagram and tag a friend you’d like to bring with you.
• Competition runs from Tuesday 2nd May – Friday 5th May 2023 at midday
• Entrants must be 18 and over
• Winners will be selected at random and notified on Instagram by the official English’s of Brighton account and tagged into the ‘winner’ message
• Winners will have x2 winter menu lunches with x2 coffees, x2 glasses of Limoncello and one bottle of Rathfinny Classic Cuvee sparkling wine to the value of £150
• Available from 12-6pm every day
• For use before the end of November 2023 or offer will be invalid
• If the Spring Set Menu is no longer at the date of the booking, the offer will apply to the current seasonal set menu
• When booking, go to our website and add a note in the booking process stating that you are ‘Winners of English’s Win a 3 course Spring Set Menu with a bottle of Rathfinny Sparkling Wine for two’ so our staff will know
