We’re giving away a three-course Winter Lunch for two in our social media competition.

For the chance of winning, head over to our Instagram page, follow us, like our ‘Winter Lunch Competition’ posts and tag a friend you’d bring with you to enjoy a superb three course lunch and a glass of house wine at English’s to the value of £50!

Competition is open from Monday Jan 23 – Friday Jan 27th, when the winner will be announced at midday on Instagram.

Below is the Winter Lunch Menu – and what you could win:

Starters

Bisque, crab & lobster, brandy cream, croutons
Mussels marinières, shallot, garlic, white wine, cream, thyme G/F

Mains

Sussex ale battered fish & chips, haddock loin, mushy peas, tartare sauce G/F*
Seafood pie, smoked cod, salmon, scallop, prawn, clams, mornay sauce, potato, peas, dill G/F
Cod
Prawn

Desserts

Affogato – vanilla ice-cream, coffee V G/F
Selection of ices & sorbets

To enter the competition, please read the Ts and Cs below very carefully.

  • Follow us (if you don’t already) and Like the ‘Winter Lunch Competition’ post on Instagram and tag a friend you’d like to bring with you.
  • Competition runs from Jan 23 – midday on Jan 27.
  • Winners will be notified on Instagram and tagged into the ‘winner’ message.
  • Winners will have x 2 winter menu lunches to the value of £50 inclusive (£25 each), which includes three courses and a glass of house wine.
  • Available from 12-6pm every day.
  • For use before the end of February 2023 or offer will be invalid.
  • Not available on February 14th (Valentine’s)
  • When booking, go to our website and add a note in the booking process stating that you are ‘Winners of English’s Win a 3 course Winter Lunch Menu for 2’ so our staff will know
