Support The Fishermen’s Mission at English’s

We’ve been supporting The Fishermen’s Mission for a number of years, and it’s a charity that’s very close to our hearts. The Fishermen’s Mission offer financial, pastoral and spiritual support, as well as a vital emergency response service, to active and retired fishermen, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The national charity has supported fishermen and their families for over 130 years, relying entirely on donations and grants, as they receive no government funding or lottery money.

To help support the people that deliver fresh fish to our restaurant every day, we offer an optional 50p donation with every plate of traditional fish & chips ordered at English’s. This money goes directly to The Fishermen’s Mission, and since we made our first donation in July 2013,  our customers have helped us raise almost £3,000.
