Celebrate spring with our new menu
Over the past few weeks head chef Clayton Green has been developing a new menu for spring, and we’re pleased to announce that it’s now available to order in the restaurant.
The new menu features dishes that are perfect for spring, like peppered tuna carpaccio, ceviche of scallops and prawn, and cod, asparagus and pancetta, served in a cockle and brown shrimp sauce.
Those that have been missing our popular fishcake will be pleased to see its return to the menu – this time served with a fennel slaw, egg mimosa and caper dressing.
We’ve also increased the options in our seasonal set menu, giving you the choice of six starters, seven main courses and any dessert from our pudding menu, including banana and rum parfait, for just £21.95. With 19 dishes to choose from, start deciding now by visiting our Spring Set Menu page.
